According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in Tulsa County at 6:50 A.M ON January 23, 2013, a 2004 Chevy Malibu 4dr, Driven by Ryan Andrew Tyner, 34 of Skiatook and a 1994 Chevy Corvette 2dr, Driven Michael Leon Eagan, 65 of Skiatook were both travelling southbound on SH 75 in Skiatook when the Malibu which was traveling at an excessive speed ran into the back of Corvette.
Tyner, the driver of the Malibu, was transported by Skiatook EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa, admitted in stable condition with head and trunk internal injuries. Eagan, the driver of the Corvette, was also transported by Skiatook EMS to St. John Hospital in Tulsa where he is listed in stable condition with trunk internal injuries.
Eagan was pinned for approximately 23 minutes and was freed by Skiatook Fire Department.
